We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Dubai Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate properties in Dubai. You will play a crucial role in building client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and expand the client database through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
 - Showcase and promote properties to potential buyers, investors, and brokers.
 - Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients throughout the sales process.
 - Negotiate sales terms, conditions, and prices to ensure a successful transaction.
 - Stay updated with the Dubai real estate market trends, property prices, and competitive offerings.
 - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track individual and team performance.
 - Collaborate with legal teams and other professionals to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
 - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
 
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in Dubai’s real estate market.
 - Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s real estate industry, including current market trends, regulations, and property developments.
 - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 - Proactive and result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
 - Proficiency in using CRM systems, online listing platforms, and marketing tools.
 - High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
 - Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
