PUBLIC TRANSPORT LOCATED NEAR DAMAC HILLS
Unfortunately, there aren’t any bus stops located inside this gated community. There is a bus stop located in Mudon, which is only about a 5-minute drive away. The same goes for the metro station; there are no metro stations tied to DAMAC Hills, with the closest being Dubai Internet City Metro Station, which can take about 15 minutes by car.
Anyone wanting to move to DAMAC Hills will find it is easier to own a car since there is virtually no public transportation in Dubai, and getting a taxi can also be very hard.
Residents and visitors will need to rely on Uber and Careem or schedule a taxi ride using the RTA app.

There are also a few small-scale community centres in Mudon and Arabian Ranches 2. These typically have a few restaurants and a small variety of retail outlets.

When it comes to finding restaurants in DAMAC Hills, there are certainly many options close enough to appease every food palate.
Residents will find it easy to satisfy any craving, whether it be Thai, Mexican, or anything in between. McDonald’s, Subway, Tuk Tuk Thai Cuisine Restaurant, Maria Bonita Taco Shop and Grill are the nearest commercial food outlets.
Hook and Cook, Abatjour Bistro, Freedom Pizza, Taqado Mexican Kitchen, Chez Sushi, Carluccio’s, and Bagels and More Bakery are also in neighboring areas close to DAMAC Hills.
There are also fine dining options in the community area at the Trump Clubhouse.
BEACHES AROUND DAMAC HILLS
Malibu Bay is a unique recreational space in the area where you can find a man-made beach and wave pool with one and a half times the area of a professional hockey rink.
It has 24,700 square feet of pool with a huge wave ball imported from Belgium dumping into the middle of the pool.
While the wave pool is a large draw at Malibu Bay, visitors can also find food trucks, an ice rink, a children’s splash park, and a skate park.
DAMAC Hills is at a bit of a distance from the best beaches in Dubai. The beaches at Jumeirah Public Beach and Al Sufouh Beach are a 21 minute drive away.
Kite Beach is a 24-minute drive away and hosts food trucks and has a great atmosphere. It is one of the best public beaches in Dubai.
LEISURE ACTIVITIES AND POINTS OF INTEREST
DAMAC Hills boasts the Trump-branded 18-hole, par 71 championship golf course. It is over 73,000 yards long and designed by Gil Hanse (the golf course architect for the 2016 Olympic Games).
The golf course has a clubhouse also managed by The Trump Organization, which also manages over ten other golf courses around the world. Residents can tee off or learn the game at the golf academy.
There are also facilities for dining and events.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES, FITNESS AND WELLNESS
The large Akoya Park is one of the major features of the community. There are maintained running and jogging trails and a shared barbecue area as part of the gardens. There is also a lit soccer pitch and tennis, basketball, and badminton courts exclusively for sports enthusiasts. Also featured is a fun life-sized chessboard.
DAMAC Hills has a lot to offer in terms of outdoor and fitness activities. In the community, there are four tennis courts that meet international standards. There is a spa and wellness centre on the property as well as the nearest gym – Fitness First Center in Mudon, only 6 minutes away.
Some salons located in DAMAC Hills, like Maison De Coiffure Beauty Lounge and 4Her Ladies Saloon, provide spa and beauty treatments, in addition to easily accessible salons located in the neighboring Arabian Ranches.

In 2018, DAMAC Hills featured three days of a ‘Fun and Food Fiesta’ at the Trump International Golf Club Dubai Amphitheater. The event was organized with a great deal of collaboration by Plan3Media.
